Wanting a new reference or one for a written character without one?

Take the things you want on your reference sheet from the main price list above and add it together to get the approximate cost of the work. There may be complexity fee depending on some aspects of the request.

+ Prices for companions vary depending on size and complexity of the design. Starting at a min 20$ each.
+ Accessory prices vary on size and complexity of the accessory. Concept of complicated clothes or weapon starts at +15$.

PAYMENT

❖ All payment must be in USD (prices will be adjusted per daily conversion rates)❖ Invoices will be sent to your email of choice and must be paid within three days of your commission request, as I will not start your commission until payment or partial payment is received.❖ Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. Payment plans may be requested if it is over this price.❖ Any chargebacks filed against my account will be fought and you will be blacklisted from all future commissions/character sales/adoptable sales.

ARTIST

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute (not for monetary gain) or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.❖ My deadline may vary (from a few days to a month or two), so if you wish for a specific deadline please let me know in advance!❖ I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. No explanation necessary.❖ I retain rights to the IP. I won't reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.❖ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.❖ I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches, or designs as "pre-posed" at a later date.

COMMISSIONER

As the commissioner, you may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.❖ You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.❖ You may not use this art for reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc. Unless otherwise agreed upon, please speak to me for information on royalty fees.❖ If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, use for your project(s), as an ad, for a video, to resell at conventions etc. Speak to me for information on royalty fees.❖ You do not have permission to redistribute, reproduce, or use your commission in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTS, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

PROCEDURE

❖ After payment is received: I sketch, color and render depending on your commission type.❖ I do accept certain "description only" commissions. I require some form of visual reference to work off of.❖ Sketch commissions do not have an approval stage. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference.❖ Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes.❖ I offer an unlimited amount of changes in the sketch phase, as well as any minor changes thereafter (ie. color changes, small changes to line work, sizing, moving information). Any larger changes after the sketch phase will cost a minimum of 5$ depending on the change (ie. changes to poses, large line work changes, etc). If you are unsure if the change you are requesting is small or large, please ask.

ADOPTABLES & CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS

❖ Adoptables are pre-existing illustrated character designs to be purchased by you for your own personal usage and ownership. You may use this character design for any personal projects, such as non-monetized TTRPG gameplay, roleplay, worldbuilding, and so on.❖ Custom character designs are created from scratch by the Artist to the Client's specifications.❖ You are free to edit and modify character features and traits, including changing the character’s body type, species, race, appearance, colors and details. If the character belongs to a “closed species” - a species with pre-specified, restricted traits and lore belonging to the Artist’s or another creator’s fictional universe - editing of the character design is dependent on the rules of that species.

REFUNDS

❖ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of your commission.❖ I do not do refunds unless I, the artist, initiate the refund due to a breach of these terms or 90 days have passed without completion of your order.-- In either situation, I will initiate the refund. Filing a chargeback against my account will result in you being blacklisted.❖ I do not do refunds on pre-made designs.-- If you file a chargeback against my account after purchasing a design, you will be blacklisted from all future sales/commissions and you will forfeit all rights to the design.
